Symptoms went away suddenly- 9 weeks

I am 9 weeks pregnant today and for the past few days my symptoms (nausea, breast tenderness, bloating) have gone away completely, feeling very anxious since it’s my first pregnancy after 10+ years of trying. I haven’t had any bleeding only mild cramping which might be normal. Has anyone else experience this and was it a positive or negative outcome?
Would truly appreciate any comments.

    Symptoms come and go the only symptom that really matters is missed period.

    I had the same thing - week 8 I noticed a huge reduction in symptoms and got very worried. We had our dating ultrasound at the end of that week and everything was fine! Then the week after, my symptoms got worse again. It seems like it can fluctuate week to week :)
