Does walking on green grass affect our eyes?

<p>I am seeking an answer to my question. It has been 3 months of pregnancy; however, these days I have been feeling low energy. That's why I consulted with an eye hospital, and they suggested I start walking barefoot on green grass. But I believe it will not be effective. What do you think? Should I go or not?</p><div><span>

I’ve heard about walking barefoot on grass as a calming thing, but if you’re feeling low energy during pregnancy, it might be more about iron levels or sleep. Maybe check in with your OB too?

You might need some vitamin and mineral supplements including iron. Best to contact doctor to ensure you and your baby get everything you need. Walking on grass improves blood circulation in feet which is good for both mother and baby. Barefoot shoes are good for blood circulation.
