Seeking Expert Advice on Wholesome Nutrition?

edited June 20 in Infertility
I'm looking for advice on how to stay healthy and eat well as I work as a consultant an IT support company for 8 hours a day. So as I'm 2 months pregnant I need to have a healthy diet to help me and baby to grow. I am finding it difficult to follow a nutritious meal plan that is convenient, tasty, quick to make and well-balanced. I am interested in foods that are packed full of essential vitamins and minerals, that are also known to power you up – that help to ‘supercharge’ the body while you are expecting.

  • I am just like you, even though I work at an IT support company. I am three months pregnant and am maintaining my health by eating broken wheat and light fruits like bananas, mangoes, and others. You are supposed to follow a high-protein diet to avoid gluten-related problems. If you'd like to get more advice, you can message me.
