Bleeding 22 weeks

I am 22 weeks pregnant and have been having some heavy watery/creamy discharge in the past couple of weeks. I’ve asked my doctor and she said it is a normal symptom in pregnancy. Today I felt a gush of discharge come out while I was working but I didn’t think much of it since I am used to the watery discharge and my doctor said it was normal. When I went to the bathroom I noticed blood when I wiped and on my underwear. Other than that there was no more blood in my pee or the toilet. I am terrified since I’ve had 2 early miscarriages in the past. This is my first baby I’ve been able to carry at 22 weeks so I don’t know what this could mean. My baby was very active moments before I used the bathroom and I can still feel him kick. For now I just put on a pad to keep track of any more blood. Does anyone know what this could be or if I should rush to the doctor??
