  It’s definitely challenging but so rewarding. My third baby is now 5 months old, and I still remember how tough those early months were, trying to balance work and a newborn while working from home. On top of that, I have a 9-year-old in school and a 2-year-old at home. Thankfully, my husband works part-time and is very supportive. I’m also lucky to have very patient and understanding clients who were completely fine when I needed to reduce my workload for a few months.

  I split my work into chunks and try to tackle small tasks when baby’s asleep or feeding. It’s far from perfect, but I’m surviving.
