Help I cant breathe!

I am 17 weeks pregnant but my pregnancy allergies just went through the roof. I thini inflamation is so significant that nothing works. I blow my nose only produce more transparent mucus. I cant sleep because of the same, getting on a plane drives me crazy because i am too congested people think i am sick but i am not i am pregnant with awful allergies. it's been already 2 months like this non stop! Anyone feeling the same?

    Look into extra strength saline nasal spray (don’t bother with the regular strength) and Xlear nasal spray.  If you haven’t tried them already, they are pregnancy safe and may help.
