Leg/jaw quivers at 10 weeks

My 10 week old son has had a chin quiver since he was born and I've noticed clonus (leg quivers) in either of his legs since around the 6 week mark. I was told it should disappear by 3 months but it's still there and happening just as often as it did in the beginning (1-3 times a day). Does anyone have any experience with this?
