Baby moons?

I’m not ready to be doing a lot of baby prep until after the 12 week ultrasound because of my prior history, but I am considering planning a babymoon!

We were supposed to be doing an awesome trip to Puerto Rico in October that I’ll be skipping now so I’m trying to find an affordable quick trip to take in September to make up for it.

Has anyone given this any thought? Care to daydream a bit with me?

I'm in the middle of the East Coast and don’t want to fly more than an hour or two. No Florida for me. I’ve been to Charleston and Savannah a bunch of times so those are out. Will be in Boston/Maine for family vacation in August. I’m looking for gorgeous views and delicious food.

Thoughts so far: Hilton Head, Jekyll Island, newly renovated Cavalier resort in Virginia Beach.

We are going to Mexico the end of May! More for an anniversary trip, but I guess it still counts! Chincoteague is were we talked of going for a shorter trip.
