He eats rice, and very simple foods, he’ll have a pouch too but like food food no meat, no veggies AT ALL or fruits, he hasn’t liked any of them. What do i do to get more. nutrients in him. NOW HE HATES RICE 😅
I would suggest to consult a pediatric nutritionist if you haven't. Toddler can be very inconsistent with their likes and dislikes of food. I would suggest to always offer different type of food, even if you think he dislike it. Don't force him to eat any, but always put it in his plate so he can taste it if he wants. Make sure to have different textures too. That said, some children can have medical reasons for having a hard time with food, so a pediatric nutritionist would be able to guide you if that could be the case. Good luck!!
hmm, that sounds tricky! maybe try mixing some pureed veggies or fruits into his favorite foods, like the pouches, to sneak in some nutrients?
this is what the 'Heal Baby Care App' mentioned… hope it helps! "It sounds like you're facing a challenging situation with your child's food preferences. To increase his nutrient intake, consider introducing fortified cereals or grains, which can provide essential vitamins and minerals. You might also try smoothies with hidden fruits or vegetables blended in, as they can be more appealing. Have you tried involving him in the food preparation process to spark his interest in new foods?"
Yes, it's too difficult when your toddler doesn't eat properly. So, at an early age, like 7 months, you can start eating solid food and some light dishes.
