I got mine from amazon. The pills are easy to take and have no aftertaste. They contains folic acid, fish oils, iron, thiamine, choline, cholecalciferol, niacin, vitamin b12, e ,c omega 3 fatty acids and DHA.
tbh, I just went with whatever my doc recommended, but I've heard good things about the ones with DHA in them!
here's what the 'Heal Baby Care App' says....
"When choosing a prenatal vitamin, look for one that contains essential nutrients like folic acid, iron, calcium, and DHA. Folic acid is particularly important as it helps prevent neural tube defects. It's also beneficial to choose a vitamin that is easy for you to digest and doesn't cause nausea. Have you experienced any specific dietary restrictions or health concerns that might influence your choice?"
