Stomach / back pain - no blood

Started experiencing pulling stomach and back pain-first time mom here. I read that it’s because my uterus is expanding and ligaments are stretching. Has anyone felt this yet? I’m due the first week of November

yeah, totally normal! I felt that too, it's like your body’s way of saying “hey, things are changing!” just take it easy and listen to your body. here's what the 'Heal Baby Care App' says....
"It's quite common for first-time moms to experience pulling sensations and back pain as the uterus expands and ligaments stretch. This is often referred to as round ligament pain and can be uncomfortable but is usually normal. Staying hydrated, practicing gentle stretches, and using a warm compress on your back may help alleviate some discomfort. Have you noticed any specific activities that seem to worsen the pain?

  • Yes! It’s my first pregnancy and I’m due 11/18.  Feeling that a lot lately.  Yesterday I had to look up if it’s normal to feel that after physical activity because i didn’t think I did anything particularly strenuous but I sat down after doing a lot and felt that weird pulling.  So strange!
