Semaglutide Mommas

Hi! Anyone else recently come off any semaglutide medications for pregnancy? I’m really struggling with managing my new appetite and pregnancy. I don’t want to regain all the weight I lost in order to have a healthy pregnancy, but I have such a crazy hunger that I didn’t even have before going on the meds.

    I was on Zepbound when I got pregnant. That second week after stopping was awful. I would eat and almost always throw up but then be hungry again immediately 🤦🏾‍♀️ I started drinking alot of flavored water. That helped with feeling full. For something that I was just craving badly, I’d have a few bites and let it go. After the 3-4th week off the shot, my appetite started to settle down thankfully
