Which Prenatal Vitamins are you taking?

I’m in search of some and wondering what everyone else is taking. I took garden of life mykind for my last pregnancy but they were so big and made me sick, my dr suggested I stopped taking them until the second trimester. So I want to try something else this pregnancy.

I got smarty pants prenatal vitamin gummies. I hate gummies but these seem to be much easier in my stomach than ones in the past.

  • I am taking the Perelel first trimester pack. Cons: it's 5 separate pills. Pros: It seems to be helping my nausea.

I'm taking MegaFood Baby&Me 2. They smell and taste awful but they are non GMO, have methylfolate instead of folic acid, choline, fermented iron and K2 without costing $50 a bottle or added sugar. I also take vitamin D and homemade liver pills.
  • I’m taking FullWell! So far I tolerate them well. A bit controversial because they contain methylated folate and not folic acid
  • Olly! I love that they are softgels 8, I can't take the tablets, and don't do gummies so these are amazing!!

I'm taking prenatal pro, and I take a prenatal omega and a prenatal probiotic. I actually saw a holistic doctor (covered by insurance), who had me do a blood test to decide which prenatal would be the most appropriate for me. Highly recommend if you can find someone affordable- but also probably very unnecessary!
  • Mary Ruth's liquid prenatal
  • I’ve actually just switch to nature made. Olly is pretty expensive 🤣
  • I take Rainbow Light prenatal, and I love them. Never had any stomach issues with them despite 1st tri nausea.

I'm also taking a DHA + D3 gummy by Nordic Naturals because I got them at a huge discount.

Just started a gentle iron supplement by Three Arrows. No tummy issues with those, either.

I found a ( Canadian Company ) Jamieson chewable children's vitamin, inexpensive, all essential vitamins, folic acid( 300 mcg per vitamin ) so perfect amount because you take two vitamins daily, all natural, plus iron. It's been a game changer 👍
  • Smarty pants with omega 3
  • Vidåloçity Prenatal Vitamins + DHA is a solid option. It covers the essential nutrients like folic acid, DHA, and iron that are important during pregnancy. It’s great for supporting both your health and your baby’s development. Just make sure to talk to your healthcare provider to find the best fit for your needs!
