Spotting

So a few days ago when I turned 6 weeks I had some brown spotting it was nothing bad but I had my bloodwork done and my HCG came back in the 5,000’s and Progesterone at an 8.74 which is low my doctor put me on Progesterone on Friday so two days ago. I now have some light pink spotting nothing terrible but still light pink. I have also had some mild cramping not like twinges and lower back pain that has been consistent it does not come and go. Has anyone else experienced something similar and still had a healthy pregnancy.

I am currently experiencing this,, however this is my first pregnancy after 19 years of infertility. I am worried and have no news from my doctor who still won’t see me until 2/28

I hope everything went ok🙏 do you have an update? I'm currently experiencing a few drops of light brown spotting, don't know if I should be worried 😟

I am currently 7 weeks and started spotting brown/dark red 2 days ago .. I had a miscarriage in December and I feel like I'm going through the same path because that's how I started with brown spotting then it got red and heavier until day 7 when I had my miscarriage please send prayers that my spotting will go away 🙏 😢
