Delivering in Kaiser (Baldwin Park)

Hi mommas!
I hope someone can help me to clear my mind regarding Kaiser Permanente policies when it comes to picking the doctor for prenatal appointments as well as for delivery day. Baldwin Park (or SoCal) experiences would be the most relevant to me but I will be thankful for any other locations experiences (hoping they all follow the same policies).
Questions I have:
1. Can I pick the OB I want for my prenatal care or will I be assigned whoever is available for new patients?
2. Can the same OB be called to deliver my baby or is it going to be done by whoever is on duty that time?
3. Is this true that they try to assign midwives to deliver the babies for low risk pregnancies? If so, is it possible to opt for OB?

2. I’ve delivered in Nov 2023 at Baldwin park Kaiser & now I’m pregnant again due August & im set with the same hospital. From what I remember from my first induction it was basically whoever is on call at the time.
