TRIGGER WARNING: LOSS
 A little background, I do have ADHD, and this is my 2nd pregnancy,  but hopefully 1st successful.  Everything I do, I get intrusive thoughts thinking the worst will happen. I know it's illogical. It sounds really stupid, but it gets me in a bind. I'm so paranoid.  Any advice?

Totally get what you mean. Also on my 2nd pregnancy after a loss. The waiting feels like forever so far, but these little bits help reassure me that I'm "doing " something (while also soothing the entire system). Big huggie for you
