Hcg levels

This is my first pregnancy after a loss a few years ago me and my s/o have been trying for 8months and we just got our first positive (we got a early positive) I think I’m only 4wks n 1 day (I found out at 3wks n 2 days.) On Friday 1/18 I started bleeding with very light cramps and went to the hospital they tested my hcg for the 2nd time. the first was on 1/14 it was 181 2nd one on 1/18 was 407 and yesterday the 20th it was 487. Is this normal levels too have at 4 weeks? And is my hcg going up how it needs too?

    @cummerbund The most important thing with HCG at this early stage is that it doubles every 48 hours.  If it's not doing that, which it doesn't appear to be, that means your PG is not progressing as it should.  What does your doctor say?

    Egg Retrieval Sept/Oct 2023, 2 good embryos after PGT-A testing.
    Surgery for endometriosis January 2024
    Lupron Depo March 2024.  Benched 3 months.

    FET #1: June 3, 2024 (failed)

    Lupron Depo June 2024. Benched 3 months again before next FET.

    FET #2: September 2024 (failed)

    FET #3: December 2024 (failed)
