Later in life and surprise pregnancy...

I just wanted to encourage anyone else in my shoes...I'm 41 this week and our kids are 10 and 6. We weren't planning to have anymore, but WHOOPS I guess we like each other! A positive test last week led me to take a few more because this was a huge shock. I'm still processing how to do this all over again, but I also can't believe I GET to do it again! We always wanted a big family and it just didn't happen before, so we had let go of that dream...now we can? Is anyone else adjusting to how shocking and weird and late and beautiful and redeeming and overwhelming this is? Tears all day, folks!

This is us 100 percent! We have an 8 and 5 y/o. I’m 35 and was not expecting to have another child. It’s been such a shocking but exciting ride so far!

I will be turning 41 when my first babies, twins, are born. My husband and I are both August babies and now their due date is about the same.
