@bigworldlittleg not regularly, but I had probably the worst headache of my life last month! I was literally in tears. I've been trying not to take medications if I can help it, but I had to take a Tylenol that night.
I had a bad ocular migraine last night. I haven’t had one in a while.
Is anyone having RLP? I don’t remember noticing it in my previous 2 pregnancies, but I woke up with what I thought was cramping, it feels like ovulation pain in my right ovary, but google keeps telling me it’s likely RLP. No spotting or anything.
Me: 31
DH: 32
Married: Sep 2012
TTC #1: Jan 2015 Baby A (via IUI due to MFI): Sep 2016 born at 35+6
Surprise but very welcome + on 5/16/2019, EDD 1/25/2020
I am having cramping (not spotting) and I asked about it at my appt this week and for me she said it’s RLP from my body changing/stretching to make room for the baby. She recommended trying things like rubbing/massaging the area, warm bath, heating pad, and even a pregnancy-certified chiropractor if interested. Also I asked about when I stand up and feel a weird pull, like a rubber band, apparently that’s also the RLP. 😅
I have been super sick and have had prescription medicine so that I can keep water/ food down. (Not fun) but not out of the ordinary. I think my weirdest symptom is standing up/ walking a lot and feeling light headed. Having to take things slow is not easy for me. Orrrrr I’m not someone who’s joints pop but recently it’s like I’m walking on pop rocks 😂

Came here to share all of the above, I’m glad I’m not alone but I’m sorry you’re going through this too! It’s crazy for me because I notice it mostly when I’m more stagnant (like in bed or laying on the couch) as opposed to when I’m in my yoga classes or on a walk. I might try some warm baths soon to see if it helps because it’s so uncomfortable!
The headaches have been killer for me too! It seems like the moment my nausea faded, the headaches picked up. I have been using ice packs and Tylenol to ease the pain which helps most the time.
My doctor told me it’s okay to take Excedrin Tension for headaches. I have history of migraines, and the headaches were terrible for about 4 weeks. This is the only thing that would help. They are much more manageable now with a cold compress and rest.
I am starting to finally feel somewhat better. Still having nausea, headaches, fatigue but feels much more manageable this week.
However, the pregnancy dreams are insane and I keep waking up in the middle of the night. Which, in turn, leads to needing to pee and then not being able to fall back asleep. I guess I’m getting prepared for those middle of the night wakeups! Lol
For those having headaches, I bought this cooling cap thing for my husband who has migraines and it really helped during my bad headache! Sometimes it's on sale for really cheap.
Getting up to pee during the night is so real lol, I’m up to 2 times per night which is so annoying but I feel the same way! It’s just prep for late night wake ups when baby is here!

Starting to have round ligament pain too. Not fun. Be prepared for lightning crotch too. Yes, that’s the actual term! Lol
