I’m sorry you’re going through this. The start of my current cycle is a CP. I haven’t sat it out because most people don’t even know they are having a CP unless they are testing. I had one a few years back and I also didn’t sit that cycle out. Obviously I’m new to the board so I’m unaware of your history but a CP isn’t necessarily treated like other losses that happen further into the first trimester. Your OB may tell you to sit it out for dating purposes but that typically isn’t an issue if you’re temping and charting your cycle closely. At least not with a CP.
@aisleofviewtwo FX everything looks good at your appointment!
Starting in September we've worked remotely with a NYC fertility specialist along the lines of reproductive immunology to investigate a little further, as well as consult with a local fertility OB/GYN who can run the tests and do the monitoring -- which is perfect, I don't need the full RE workup again (just to be told it's unexplained but we recommend IVF), there isn't a RE close here anyway, and we are near the end of our TTC stage of life / won't do anything invasive.
I did an empirical round of antibiotics and will start medicated/TI cycles hopefully this month. My NK cells were elevated so we will add Prednisone starting CD12, in addition to the cocktail I've been on before. We think with my history of almost all early losses and a normal genetic testing with the D&C, that my biggest issue may be weak ovulation which then can't adequately sustain an early pregnancy, so that's what the medicated cycle is after--a good, strong ovulation. Maybe it's that simple, maybe not. We are going into 2025 holding all of this with a really open hand.
How are things going? Any questions?: I'm at CD26/11dpo and already spotting
PS Yeah I’m team no skiing; maybe cross country. Speaking of things that people said I should totally go do (neglecting to mention someone should teach you how to stop). Catch me by the fireplace sipping something hot.

We had a fun time sledding on Sunday! But now it’s just cold and icy out.
@aisleofviewtwo I’ve been doing PT for repeated back injuries and it’s crazy how small imbalances can cause so much pain! Glad you were able to figure it out.
@mambo5-2 Dealing with metal and screws in your ankle during winter sounds miserable! I hope you don’t have to venture out too much. I assume you guys also have really cold temps coming in the next few days.
@britters314 The end of the holidays hit me pretty hard too. I immediately went into vacation planning mode to compensate.
@virginiaham Wow, you had quite a year. Here’s hoping 2025 is better for you. I’m right with you on sitting in the lodge drinking hot chocolate while everyone else is skiing. I didn’t do it growing up and feel like it’s not a great skill to try to learn in adulthood.

On the topic of skiing, we do a trip to the mountains regularly with H’s extended family. While they all go skiing, I head to the spa and get a hot stone massage. That’s much more enjoyable to me lol
CD1 here, here we go 🙏

I also had a weird cycle in a good way. Normally my LH peak is tiny but this time it was a massive spike. That happens every once in a while for me and I feel like it's a good thing. It was very easy to time things thanks to the clear peak.
Last cycle's numbers at the ICV were 11.5mm follicle and 139 pg/mL estradiol, and I was told we couldn't proceed because once there's a dominant follicle others don't tend to join in and/or letrozole won't work when estradiol gets above a certain (unspecified) level. Maybe the cutoff is in the 120-130 range?

@emeraldcity603 Super impressed at your ability to BD every three days! Even just hitting twice in a window feels like a lot for me.
I have no idea where I’m at in my cycle right now. Is it the TWW? Am I still WTO? No clue. The husband is traveling the next five days so timing is whatever it is, if I hit the timing at all. Guess we’ll find out in 2-3 weeks.
@pinkkillersheep if I recall you were almost exactly with me cycle wise, but you were 1 day ahead. So, if that's true, and if your cycle is fairly consistent, you should've O'd on the 7th. That's just a numbers game of course, but at least it gives you a ballpark. Either way it's just a waiting game at this point 😪
