6 weeks - gummy like discharge?

hi all,

im 6 weeks and noticed a thick gummy like discharge when I wiped after my morning tinkle.

Is this something that should be called for concern?

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday (5w6d) - if anyone knows the answer to the above that would be so helpful!
