Cravings?!

When I’m not nauseous 😣, I’ve started to get some cravings! Mostly for French fries and sometimes smoothies… anyone else getting cravings yet?

  • First pregnancy I wanted cheeseburgers so bad I felt like it was all I could think about! This time basically anything salty is what I want. And boy French Fries sound so good right now 🤣
  • I think I have more aversions than cravings at this point but I really wanted some chicken noodle soup last weekend and that really hit the spot. Unfortunately the craving is over and I have a giant bowl of leftovers in my fridge that I no longer want 😂

  • @sammich078 I definitely feel the cravings turning to aversions! I was really wanting some lasagna so I made a big batch. As soon as it was cooked and ready to eat, I barely wanted to eat any. The one plus is that my husband has his work lunches figured out for a while now lol
  • Chicken has always been an aversion while I'm pregnant and it's hit hard again!!!
  • Same here with chicken!! My husband loves to make it for his meal prep for work and I cannot even handle thinking about the smell of it when I'm pregnant. Haaaate it
  • I'm in my first pregnancy and I'm craving sliced cheese like crazyyyy. Sliced pepper jack cheese specifically.
  • So far fried chicken has been my only craving. Though I did start tearing up in the grocery store over a box of cereal. I really wanted this specific kind, but felt I should be more frugal. I teared up and I put it back on the shelf. After tearing up, I realized that this small treat would clearly be needed. And it was, I am loving having it on hand.

  • Ok I hit 13 weeks today and it's the first day I can say I only felt a tad nauseated today and actually had some cravings!! Ah! A light at the end of the tunnel!

    I ate shrimp and donuts the other night. Yep, truly weird and not at all like me, I'm usually rather picky about food, lol 😆

    My cravings have been mostly normal, protein, vegetables and fruits. I just want more vegetables and fruit than I usually did before.
    Hamburgers and blueberries.
