Uneasy stomach

I am newly pregnant (7 weeks) and most days my stomach feels uneasy. I am luckily able to eat the same foods and am definitely more hungry than before. 
The uneasiness goes away when I eat, but then comes back about 30 minutes later. 
I’m wondering if anyone has any tips to help alleviate this.

  • Eat slowly, small meals and more often. I know doctors say that a lot, but eating a cracker every so often can help with the queasiness. Just take a few bites of something when you start to feel this way and see if it helps! You don't need to be eating a full meal everytime either but having something in your belly might help you feel better. Also sipping on ginger tea throughout the day can help.
