Concerns with miscarriage.. [discharge image included]

I am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant today. At my ultrasound Friday they said the baby was measuring 6 weeks. There was a fetal pole and a heartbeat that could be seen, but they asked me about having any miscarriage symptoms? Today I had shooting left lower back pain followed by some discharge that was not bloody but very clear thick and stretchy and also like liquid.. wondering if anyone has had this before? Just had a miscarriage in October at 14 weeks and the back pain is similar...

    I have similar discharge about as far along as you and similar ultrasound… can you please share an update what happend after this? Was everything ok?

    I’ve had this on and off for a couple weeks. I just had my ultrasound and the hr was a little low and they want me to check back in two weeks. I’ve heard that you’re of discharge is fairly common and should not be too concerning. Only if you’ve had severe cramping and bleeding that goes through a pad in 2 hours.
