I haven't been super hungry. In fact, I don't want to eat, but I have to eat fairly regularly to keep the morning sickness at bay. I think it is very common in pregnancy!
I am either so nauseous or so ravenous. There is no in between. This is normal for me for the first trimester. I’m ready to be in the second when things level out and I feel more like myself!
Oh yes, same, I have been eating snacks every hour or else I feel sick. Depending on how I feel, I found I can eat a small amount of plain crackers, plain almonds, plain yogurt, a plain egg, a piece of cheese, mashed potatoes, French fries, or a banana. 🤣 My dr said the first trimester is like survival mode, so don’t get stressed about frequent snacking even if all I can eat is crackers sometimes. So that put my mind at ease. I hope you can get some relief. 💛
