Possible teething at 3 months

My 3 month old son is showing all signs that he is experiencing teething pain.  Excessive drooling, red cheeks, and most of all has a ton of relief when i rub his gum or he chews on his hands.

Has anyone else experienced teething this early?

    it could definitely be teething already!  lots of babies start teething at 3-4 months!!  can you see any differences in the gums where a tooth might be ready to start coming through?

    I just came across this post and I’m curious if any teeth have come through? My son is 2.5 months and has been drooling like crazy and sucking on my hand. He was born almost a week late.
