Period while breastfeeding my almost 6 month old?

Hi everyone! I’m freaking out because I woke up at 4am to feed my baby. After feeding her I went to the bathroom to then find blood as I wiped. I had my husband come to double check what may seem like my period? Now I’m worried my breast won’t produce anymore breast milk since my baby is solely breastfed. This is making my ppa worse than what it is. Any advice or has this happened to any mom who’s breastfed their baby? I have 2 older children but I never breastfed them. I also had my fallopian tubes extracted so I’m wondering what this could be. Thank you for your advice and kind words to help this tired, anxious mom carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders🤍

    Completely normal to get your cycle back while breastfeeding. I never notice a difference in milk supply
