How are you feeling?: I feel like baby has shifted off my bladder so that's been a huge development, only waking up 2-3 times to pee and not 6+! I feel like a whale most days though, and by the end of the day my feet/ankles are so swollen. Trying to stay positive, and really take note of all his little kicks and movements, knowing this baby could be here before I know it and this will likely be my last pregnancy.

oh gosh this is hard. Pregnant me would probably say cheesy scrambled eggs as that's the only thing that I've managed some days haha. Maybe chicken? because that can be cooked in a variety of ways? although I love carbs so I'm tempted to say bread haha.

How are you feeling?: We had the baby shower this past Saturday. It was just a small party at our house but my husband and I set everything up. I definitely over did it. Sunday I was feeling it. Also, yesterday my indigestion came back with a vengeance and I had heartburn all night last night. Still have a little indigestion this morning but so far it seems better than yesterday.

@kmtz89 so the first thing I though of was a sunny-side egg because I love them and can't have them right now. I felt the same way with my daughter. Also salami. But I feel like I would get sick of eggs if that was all I could eat. Also, I wasn't sure if this is just a food item or like a meal. If it is a food item, I would probably say cheese but if it is a meal I would say chicken paprikash.
Also, even though I was gaining weight right on track with my first, she always measured small. My doctor never mentioned fetal growth restriction though (at least not that I remember). She was born at 6lbs 3oz and she was/is perfectly healthy. One positive about needing additional growth scans is that you get to see him more which can be reassuring and it's good that they will be monitoring it more closely so that if there is a problem they will know sooner rather than later. I feel like doctors have to bring up the negative things just to cover themselves in case something happens. That way they can say that they told you it was a possibility. I'm sorry that you are having a hard time mentally and emotionally. I hope your growth scam goes well tomorrow and you get some peace of mind.
>Homemade Mac and Cheese would probably be my choice, love the flavor and ways it can be prepared.
The OB did not have me do the 3 hour glucose test.. since I was very close to the "normal" range and glucose in my blood work two weeks prior was normal, they were not concerned. I wondered the same thing though... if not gaining weight could have any relation to the low glucose or even lovenox.

How are you feeling?: So tired. soooooo so tired. On the weekends I'm sleeping close to 10 hours per night but I can't seem to make that happen during the week. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and am just... awake for an hour. I can't believe I'm going to keep getting bigger lol.

For daytime sleep struggles, consider establishing a calming pre-sleep routine to help your baby wind down. Look for sleep cues such as rubbing eyes, yawning, or fussiness, and try to put her down before she becomes overtired. Swaddling, gentle rocking, or white noise can also be effective in creating a conducive sleep environment.
Regarding your pregnancy symptoms in the third trimester, it’s common for some symptoms to intensify as your body continues to change and adapt. However, every pregnancy is unique; while some women experience worsening discomforts during this time, others may find certain symptoms improve. Listening to your body and consulting with your healthcare provider can help you manage these changes effectively.
You’re doing an amazing job navigating both motherhood and pregnancy! If you have any further questions or need support, don’t hesitate to reach out.
It's completely understandable to feel discomfort during stretching, especially as your body goes through changes. A good routine can make a significant difference in how you feel. Consider starting with gentle stretches that focus on relaxation rather than pushing yourself too hard. Simple movements like neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, and seated forward bends can be very effective without causing strain.
Also, incorporating deep breathing while you stretch can help ease tension and make the experience more enjoyable. You might even find some online resources or videos specifically designed for your stage that could provide guidance and support. Remember, it's all about listening to your body and finding what feels good for you!

How are you feeling?: goodness me, physically feeling ROUGH. I think I was so distracted with the shower last week that I didn’t realize how much is still changing in my body. I have officially reached the point where I can’t see my nether regions and taking a bath, running/hiking/going up the stairs, sleeping, you name it, is a struggle. I’ve also noticed some coning and I’m worried about what that will mean for my ab muscles postpartum. It never ends! Lol.

Like @jaclyn-ak, it’s pasta. No question lol.
They've asked me to do weekly ultrasounds now. I was devasted at first.. baby is in the 11th percentile and very close to FGR so they want to make sure they are monitoring closely. As crushed as I am by it, there were some positives to come out of this last scan... the placenta and blood flow looked very healthy, and we got to see baby smiling at my voice and practicing drinking. If they do have you stsrt doing additional scans, im sure you're going to love being able to check in and see baby's face a few more times before she's truly out here.
Also.... I 100% hear you on the 4th trimester scaries, and saying goodbye to the carefree life of just being husband and wife.
