Bleeding in First Trimester

in 1st Trimester
Looking for some reassurance. Went to emergency today for bleeding. More than spotting less than period. Not passing clots. Ultrasound showed sac but I’m too early along to see the heart beat (measuring 5w4d). My cervix was closed and they diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage. I feel like my pregnancy symptoms have lessened today and overall I’m scared I’m losing/lost the baby. Has anyone been through this before?

    I’m currently going through this myself. Went to the ER twice in one week bc I seemed to be bleeding more. Now I did have 2 transvaginals & a pap, apparently this is common to bleed & can be “inconsequential” but I feel your pain. I was exactly 5w3d then 5w5d. But I also am still concerned. My beta hcg almost doubled in the 2 days. But I was reassured that it was “normal for some pregnant women”. Idk if it helps, but you aren’t alone if it makes you feel better.
