    @shieldmaiden95 oh thank you! it is unfortunately just inspo for now as I'm still getting settled into my new house and have done absolutely nothing to make it homey yet 😵‍💫 I'm putting these bat stickers on my front door though, hanging some witch hats, got a cauldron and am spray painting a fallen tree branch black and putting crows on it though so at least I'll have one festive space 😅

    So here’s my story lol- we were ready to start IVF in November when I found out I was pregnant last month. Reason for Nov? Were going on a big trip October 24 😅😅 so obviously I’m so happy I got pregnant spontaneously but the timing is… hilarious lol. I’m starting to feel really nauseous and I’m so worried about feeling like this while going overseas for two weeks, let alone with a 3 year old 🤪 I just ordered aromatherapy, sea bands, and lots of sour candy since it helped me when I was pregnant with my daughter. Basically I’m just… overwhelmed 😀😂

    @kalesix3 oh snap!! Congratulations on the new house!! How exciting! Especially right before the Holidays and to decorate! 😃That sounds super cute! I have been slacking and haven't fully decorated for Halloween. 😂 My 5 year old is unamused it's not decorated. But my gosh my energy level. 👎😂 I tend to go over board with things too. So that doesn't help. 😂

    @maddiirosee oh my gosh 🤣 that timing is absolutely hilarious! Seabands do help so so much for flying with morning sickness 🙏🏻 
    I'm kind of in the same boat, not with IVF but just I really wasn't going to try till the end of the year for an autumn baby and had zero expectations for last month and then boom bfp 😆 

    @shieldmaiden95 oh gosh thank you!! I don't blame anyone in this boat for not decorating already haha, our neighbors have been all decked out for spooky season a month ago so I am very late to the game but it's my first time decorating a house so I'm clearly figuring it out as I go haha 😆 
    I feel like my kids will be judging me so hard next year if I drop the ball though. Ugh when the bar is set so high it's so hard to get motivation to start, I fully feel you! 

    I should have put my random in the feeling check-in but my boobs are absolutely killing me, I really want to keep nursing for a lot of reasons but my god these toddler chomps on my sensitive nipples is unaliving me on the daily.

    So I’m really hoping activity on this board picks up soon. I tried checking out a different forum that had a lot more people posting, but it really wasn’t my cup of tea.

    I hope so too @britters314 but I will say I feel like each year the bump gets less popular, in 2020 our board here was absolutely buzzing all the time and by comparison my 2023 group was very small and quiet and this one seems even quieter. 
    I don't like the huge Facebook groups though because there's so many ignorant people asking the same question over and over again and not reading anything and it's hard to make meaningful connections when there's three thousand random people but I do hope the bump will take off as we get further along 🫶🏻

    Saasmmmee... I don't have Social media. Other than Pinterest and this. 😂 I can't deal with toxic social media. Been off for over 7 years. It's sooo much better. 😂 

    I remember the bump back in 2019. I don't think I ever really went on the boards. But I feel like it was more popular than now. I'm kinda shocked, the amount of people not here.

    @shieldmaiden95 I didn't stick around on my bmb in 2019 but it was also so insanely busy and we had a ton of visitors come in from the other months before and after ours and chat too, unfortunately it kind of went fully toxic which is why I left but I miss those days of full bmb! I have less time than ever to spend on here but I hope we all have a lovely space in here even if it's quieter.

    Yeah I’ve definitely noticed the bump has gotten less popular. I was on the TTGP board back in 2015/2016 before we decided to adopt and then again before this pregnancy and I couldn’t believe how few people are there now. There were so many of us back in 2016! But it was still a great community both times, so I’m really hoping to get that with this BMB too!

    I will totally take a quiet non toxic place anyday. 😂 That's how I live life. My circle is small for this reason. 😂

    Happy Halloween loves!! 🎃🎃🍫🍭 With Oct. Wrapping up, I guess I'm shocked with how empty this chat is. Like I said I'll totally take quiet over toxic. It's sad how unloved The Bump is. 😥
