4 month old very fidgety

my son always has been very fidgety since he was born. He moves his head side to side a lot or grabs at his face, flails his arms and legs a lot. Seems more in the night . We have tried many types of sleep sacks. Since he is rolling now we use the open arm dream land weighted baby sleep sack which doesn’t seem to do much. We have our 4 month pediatrician apt at the end of the month I will check with them then , but in the mean time has anyone experienced this with their baby? My daughter was not like this but also a lot smaller . Everything I read is normal but idk how to get him to stop during the night time. Appreciate any help!
