Hi, I have a PhD in a quantitative scientific field and I see a lot of people worrying about betas and doubling times. I'm starting a thread to help analyze betas more quantitatively for anyone interested. I'm starting with a graph of my betas from my current pregnancy (5 weeks 6 days today) versus a failed pregnancy from 2021, which ended in miscarriage due to monosomy X / uniparental disomy of chromosome 2. If anyone wants me to check out your beta trends let me know!
@ashgreene14 - Although I can't provide interpretations, I can make the plots/graphs. Here are yours using the LabCorp reference ranges and the Quest reference ranges. Different labs have different reference ranges as I'm sure you already know. So if you used a different lab, that lab would likely have its own reference ranges too. I'm also making an assumption of your DPO based on the estimated gestation you shared.
