Early ultrasound

Hello! I’m currently 7 wks 3d according to this app. I completed an ultrasound 2 days ago. The tech seen 2 sacs, first sac 1 baby HR 125 measuring 6wks and other sac empty. Did this happen to anyone else?

    Sometimes there are twins early on and one gets absorbed, so that’s probably what’s happening with the second sac (though you could ask your doctor to confirm that since I don’t have direct experience with it). As for the other measuring 6wks, you probably just ovulated later than you think. It’s really normal for the first ultrasound to be measuring behind where you think you are
