Exercise Recommendations

I’m almost 9 weeks and haven’t consistently exercised in probably a year. I’m hoping to start in the next few weeks once I feel better and have more energy. My dr has given me the okay for normal to moderate exercise. My typical go to is to throw on a tv show and jump on the treadmill, but I want something more that will help to prepare my body for labor. What’s everyone doing? Programs? Apps? YouTube?

  • So, I’m currently looking for the motivation to sfart exercising again too 🙃 but I would focus on strength training, most any moderate weight straight training is gonna require some core stabilization which would be a huge benefit. I’d google core stabilizing exercises and pelvic floor exercises for good places to start.
