I’m almost 9 weeks and haven’t consistently exercised in probably a year. I’m hoping to start in the next few weeks once I feel better and have more energy. My dr has given me the okay for normal to moderate exercise. My typical go to is to throw on a tv show and jump on the treadmill, but I want something more that will help to prepare my body for labor. What’s everyone doing? Programs? Apps? YouTube?
