5 weeks pregnant- got 4-5 red blood drops after peeing?

Please need your advice
in 3-4weeks i used to get white slimy discharge or little pinkish discharge couple times in a day . 1-2 drop

in 5 th week 3 days pregnancy, today after peeing I got 3-5 red blood drops i wipe with tissue. it was not pink . it was Red. so Now i am lying on bed.

Does this really happens to everyone? few blood discharge 5-6 weeks of pregnancy?
Does this means mischarge?
So scared, 😕

    I had like a tablespoon of bright red blood at 6 weeks. Wound up being fine, baby was healthy, BUT doc did tell me no exercise for a week if I spot red blood like that.

    From what I’ve read, spotting is normal, it’s just heavy bleeding (like filling up a pad) that’s a big red flag.

    I had this happen to me, some say it’s very normal but I would get checked out if you are scared. I did have a miscarriage but my best friend had this happen to her for both her babies. For your peace of mind I would go to your doctors to get checked. Sending you lots of love and peace so that everything is okay !
