Recently now that my daughter had her arms out, we’ve started using the Nanit breathing wear. When we did, I noticed her breaths per minute in deep sleep were anywhere from 19-22. I thought this seemed low vs my other daughter and with research learned I was correct. Typical sleep breaths per minute is 30-40. I realize that this could just be her. However, this also could be an indicator of something else… which I don’t want to ignore. She doesn’t have labored breathing or flared nostrils but her breathing is noisy.
During the birthing process my daughter’s face was bruised so I wonder if it could be obstructed nasal passage way? But this doesn’t seem like it would impact breaths.
1. Do any of your little have similar?
2. What have your doctors said?
any advice / recommendations?
