Pregnancy wasn’t confirmed yet

My last LMP 8/31 I took an ovulation test 9/11 (clearblue) it was on peak. After 9/18 I started feeling fatigue with light cramps. I took an early detection test 9/23 and this morning both negative. I’ve been taking B12 because of how fatigue I feel. I had a MMC 8/1 and right now not feeling so confident😔. I believe my period should be around 9/28.
