Bleeding after sex - 12w+3

Just after some honest advice, had my dating scan yesterday and everything was looking good, no concerns. Ive had no bleeding whatsoever so far in this pregnancy. Husband and I had sex this morning for the first time in weeks and weeks. Now this evening I've started bleeding, not heavy heavy but I would say like a decent period for the last 3 hours, with mild cramping. I've called triage but because it's a Friday evening I have an appointment at the epu on Monday morning. Has this happened to anyone else and can anyone put my mind at rest for the weekend?! Thanks in advance ☺️
