confused, please tell us what this is

in 1st Trimester
I would appreciate if someone can offer their opinion if they know what this can be. Recently, my wife passed this thing along with little bit of blood (a week earlier than her expected period). 2-3 days prior to this, we did pregnancy strip test which came back negative. Now my wife thinks she might have been pregnant and something bad happened and that's what it might be, but she says she had periods one month earlier and from what I have read this piece of flesh is much bigger than what 1 month pregnancy would be, not to mention we had negative pregnancy test 2 days prior to her passing this. So is it pregnancy, if not what is it she passed with bit of blood earlier than her usual period. I have uploaded the image link, please let us know.

    If she had a negative PG test, then she was not PG and this is not a MC.  Blood clots can happen and be extremely common, even if she'd never had one before in her life.  I would probably not worry about it, but if you are concerned, call the doctor.
