Metrogel at 10w4d?

Hello! I was told by my OBGYN I have BV and she prescribed me a 5 day course of the metro gel. She said it is safe and it’s what they prescribe most women when they are pregnant. However, I am reading conflicting information and stories that taking it in the first trimester has caused miscarriage. Is it safe to continue taking (I’ve only done one dose) or should I wait until I hit 12 weeks next Sunday to be on the safe side?

    Let's be honest the chances of a miscarriage you cannot measure.   They could have miscarried even if the never got BV.  There is no way to tell.  Use it, because you don't want that to become more of an issue and increase the likelihood it could affect your fetus.
