Exercise programs

Good Evening,

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and currently use Peloton for strength and cardio (bootcamps, boxing, hitt tread hikes & spinning). Im looking for a more structured strength program for prenatal. Has anyone used the following programs or recommend another. I typically use moderate dumbells. 

Sweat prenatal program
Brianna Battles The Pregnant Athlete Home Edition
SLAM Pregnancy (Get Mom Strong)
Move Your Bump

  • Hi! Congratulations on your pregnancy! It's great to hear that you're committed to staying active during this special time. Each of the programs you've mentioned has its own unique approach, and many expectant have found success with them.
