Hey mamas! I’m 27 weeks pregnant and have been feeling so overwhelmed and stress at my job. I am a first grade teacher and in the trenches of the beginning of the year (4.5 weeks in). I love my job but I feel myself getting worked up very easily, my heart racing, and frustrated so quickly. I try to walk away and take a second when I can and use the breathing app on my watch but it doesn’t help. Anyone have suggestions on how to help myself calm down? I’ve read stress can cause so many things to the baby and am worried. I see my doctor next week so I’ll bring it up then too but just wanted to get some advice before then. Thank you!
