7 weeks 3 days. Heard baby heart beat on Doppler, but now light bleeding

Hey everyone. So im super paranoid now because I suffered a miscarriage at 4 weeks. Now im pregnant again, and I’m now at 7 weeks 3 days. I was super paranoid, so my grandma that was a nurse, gave me a Doppler.
I don’t get an ultrasound for another 2 weeks. So I wanted to try and see if I heard anything ( cause I know it was early) and we did! But the heart beat on Doppler was 80ish. My grandma told me not to worry. It’s different on the Doppler.
But now I’m light spotting. It’s pinkish brown. Anyone had this before ?

    That heartbeat you heard was yours. Even if you did manage to pick up the baby’s HB (not likely) that early. It would be in the 100s. And no, it’s not different on the Doppler. It picks up the same BPM that an ultrasound would. Spotting could be normal. Plenty of people spot. Best to just wait until your scan unless the bleeding gets worse or you have bad cramping.     If you've had MC before and you're concerned with your current PG (e.g. the spotting), you can call your doctor and try to request HCG beta draws.  Now, one draw won't tell you much, and you would still have to wait 48 hours for the second one to see if your numbers are doubling or not to tell if your PG is progressing normally, but prior to having an ultrasound this is about all they can do. 

    MC #1: D&C Oct 23, 2015 (7.5 weeks)
    MC #2: July 1, 2016 (5.5 weeks)
    MC #3: October 17, 2016 (CP)
    RE #1: RPL testing November 2016-January 2017
    MC #4: Feb. 28, 2017 (CP)
    RE #2: Additional RPL testing March-November 2017
    MC #5: January 2019 (6.5 weeks)

    RE #3: More testing 2023. 
    Egg Retrieval Sept/Oct 2023, 2 good embryos after PGT-A testing.
    Surgery for endometriosis January 2024
    Lupron Depo March 2024.  Benched 3 months.

    FET #1: June 3, 2024 (failed)

    Lupron Depo June 2024. Benched 3 months again before next FET.

    FET #2: September 2024 (failed)

    FET #3: December 2024 (failed)

    You fid not hear the baby's heart beat.  The only way at this stage is via internal ultrasound.  Doctors offices do not use Doppler until 11ish weeks, because you cannot puck it up externally prior to it.  

    That 80 HB was yours.

    I had spotting my entire week 5 and then it stopped. As long as it’s not filling a pad or bright red blood, you may be ok. You can always call and have them get you in for an ultrasound to be sure. Since you previously had a miscarriage, they should bring you in right away. Advocate!! I had to call multiple times when I was spotting.
