I got these over the bum maternity underwear from amazon. For some reason maternity underwear is really hard to buy in the UK, they're always sold out, so I'd been making do with just 6 ratty pairs from my first pregnancy. These new ones are really comfy and give some support to my bump which is great for my poor abused ab mucles in my third pregnancy and because I usually wear dresses so you get a smoother line underneath. They are a bit thick for the hottest days though.
- I've also been loving my boppy maternity pillow I got for my first pregnancy.
- Thankfully I haven't had to use them this time but in my first pregnancy I baught a pack of vomit bags for the car. They are a plastic drawstring bag with a nappy like pad in to absorb liquids. They just live in thr glove box of the car but they are really good to have on hand especially now I've got a kid that can get car sickness.
- A waterproof mattress protector for our bed. Just get one. With potential of your waters breaking, post partum night sweats, milk, pee, poo you'll definitely be greatfull for it.
Do not recommend: Blanqi maternity leggings. Even after sizing up they’re way too tight, and dust clings to them.
Also I don’t bother with maternity tops or dresses in general. I wear a lot of oversized tops and flowy dresses to begin with so my regular clothes fit throughout pregnancy. If you prefer more form fitting clothes then don’t take my advice, ha.
Other than clothes I don’t think I’ve bought anything maternity/pregnancy related? I guess my maternity pillow, but I got it for free off FB marketplace and I don’t even know which brand it is. It does the trick.
Get a good water bottle that you can sip from one-handed (straw and handle is ideal) if you plan on breastfeeding, because then it’ll transition well into postpartum. You won’t believe how intensely thirsty you get while breastfeeding, and then you’re stuck under a baby for who knows how long. If you have to unscrew a cork to drink it’s a no-go.

While it is not technically a pregnancy product, I have been loving Aveeno eczema therapy cream for itchy skin. I have been soooo dry and itchy and peeling so it has been great.
I also love the Kindred Bravely maternity undies that are below the belly. Just a different option if you prefer a hipster cut.
The cheap Amazon 3 pack of maternity bike shorts. They have pockets! I have been wearing them everyday this summer…until this when I have to return to work as a teacher.
I have the 3 pack maternity shorts too! They're perfect, I wear them under my overalls (or dresses, or by themselves.... Lol) I think they're the only new purchase so far this pregnancy, everything else has been FB marketplace or thrift stores.

They sell gently used ones at a discount too (my size is never in stock though, boo), which is great because they’re pretty pricey.
Also loving Comrad compression socks. They’re easy to put on and take off despite the compression, and super comfortable. I’m on my feet a lot so I need good compression socks for sure: https://www.comradsocks.com/collections/compression-socks-packs/products/recycled-cotton-compression-socks-3-pack-1?variant=42801318756386
