Stretch marks

Anybody have any recommendations on preventing/ lessening stretch marks? What works and what doesn’t work?

I got some oil with my first baby to help with itching when my belly stretched but from what I’ve heard, stretch marks are a genetic thing and theres not much you can do about whether or not you get them.
