1st Ultrasound

I had my first ultrasound at 6wks 5days. My Ob seen my sac but no embryo or yolk sac😥.
Mentally I’m freaking out YouTube/google aren’t helping. I go back for another ultrasound in two weeks. Two weeks seems as if it’s going to be two months. I haven’t had any cramps or bleeding. The day I found out I was pregnant was the last day I have vomited. I’m just so nervous that I might be having a silent miscarriage. Is anyone else going through this or have in the past. I’m trying to think and stay positive 🫂

    I had my first scan at 6wk+4d and all my OB could see was the sac as well. When I went in for the viability scan at 8wk+2d they were able to find embryo and see the heartbeat. My first scan was transabdominal only though, and the viability scan was both abdominal and vaginal so there was a lot more detail.
    I don't think it's uncommon to not be able to see much at 6wks, so I don't know if you need to worry as much as you are. Either way there's no way to know other than to wait.

    I appreciate your words of enlightenment. I have three children and I always found out I was pregnant around the 8week plus mark. My first ultrasound was transvaginal. I reached out to my OB to see if I can get my HCG levels checked. I thank you again 💜 many blessings to you and yours.
