Left sided pain- normal or overreacting?

FTM, 13w4d. Had left sided pain for majority of the day for the past 2-3 days, before that would come and go. Had an ultrasound done yesterday due to some brown spotting at the beginning of the week, they found that either I had a fibroid or I had a contraction. Spotting has subsided, now discharge is slightly peachy tinged. My main concern is the cramping on my left side. Any insight?

    Im obviously no expert here, but pain on the left side (pregnant or not) is often caused by digestion issues/constipation etc. 
    it could be something as simple as that so try not to fret, but if it is continuous then you should definitely chat with your provider about it!
