Anatomy Scan

It took the nurse and doctor about 35 minutes to find the gender anatomy and we did not look in the appointment as we were having a gender reveal that night. The nurse told our friend that it’s a boy however when I looked at the scan pictures this morning I saw nothing close to my first son’s - what do you guys think. These are the pictures the office said the gender was shown in.
