Stretching and pulling above and below belly button

I will be 13 weeks tomorrow.  I have a pulling sensation above, behind, and below my belly button.  I asked doctor and she said it cannot be from the baby because it is too low and that it can be indigestion or gas.  It feels muscle related though.  Anyone else ever experience this?

    Look up round ligament pain.  I have felt it more near my hips but you can feel it near you belly button too.  It usually starts in the second trimester but I started feeling it around 13 weeks too.

    i get random sharp twinges around my belly button that I'm pretty sure is muscles stretching. They do feel like baby kicks except, like you, i know its not baby since baby is too small/low.

    I get a feeling that literally feels like my abs are stretching out. It’s weird but not particularly painful.
