Chinese Gender Chart Accuracy

Hi! This is my first pregnancy and I am dying to know the gender. Just curious (for fun) about your experiences with the Chinese gender chart for previous children. I’ve heard it’s up to 93% accurate but that seems crazy! Same with ‘old wives tales’ - can you share experiences where they seemed accurate or inaccurate? Thanks!!

    Wow, 2 for 2!! I initially used the chart on the What To Expect app - it said girl - the one on The Bump says boy! I think the one on The Bump uses the “correct” way to determine it, though. I feel so much pressure to have a girl because my fiancé’s family is FULL of boys and they are all hoping for it.. I think it’s a boy, though!

    The one chart asks for your due date and birthday - it said girl. The Bump asks for conception month and due date. Which is “correct”?

    I have always pulled up the charts, rather than entering info. On the chart, age at conception and month of conception are used.

    Okay! I pulled a few up on Google images. Some say girl and some say boy. Oh well. We shall see in September. I am so excited.

    I just got my nipt results online! It's a boy! So, the Chinese gender prediction chart is correct, for all 3 of my kids.

    The Chinese gender chart was right for all 3 of my previous kiddos (3 boys). It says this one will be a boy too so I’m hoping it’s wrong this time but I’m trying to expect it to be a boy so I don’t feel disappointed. Team green so we’ll see when baby is born.

    Just checked it for my first pregnancy and it was right. It’s predicting girl for this one which is what we want so I hope it’s true!

    I also checked it for my bff’s 2 kids and it was accurate for both of hers.

    I checked for my 2 kids and it was correct. It said this one will be a girl, which is kind of the gut feeling we had. We should know this week. Crazy how something so random is right so often🫤
